Crumbly refers to magical items which automatically disintegrate (autodeleted) once their charges have been exhausted. Conversely, non-crumbly would refer to items which do not disintegrate once their charges are worn out. Certain crumbly items can be recharged, such as a ruby amulet. Certain non-crumbly items can also be recharged.
