The Fox Pet could be found in the Fox Hunt during Rumor Woods from 5120 to 5122. They can be summoned by using EXHALE on the bugle that is a random prize from the Fox Hunt. Each bugle summons a unique fox pet - you can also get alternative fox nouns, like "kit", "tod" and "vixen". While the bugles can be altered, the fox pets cannot be altered by any means.

In addition to the fox pet, the character is granted the Postname Title "Master/Mistress of Foxhounds" upon the first EXHALE.

Bugle

This item holds and summons the Fox. Initial EXHALE on the bugle will permanently attune it to the character who first exhales into it.

The sound played on EXHALE varies with each summon - seen in the wild are a variety of notes and tones like "high pitched, "steady", "low steady", "clear-sounding" and "soothing, low".

Appearance
a (fox's coat color) bugle embellished with (type of fox)

Analyze

You analyze your (coat color) bugle and sense that the creator has provided the following information:

The physical appearance of your (coat color) bugle can be changed.

A mysterious bugle that can be used by EXHALING on it. It may take you several attempts for the bugle to work! Once you successfully EXHALE on the horn it will become ATTUNED.

Your fox was recently summoned, is still summoned, or your bugle is on cooldown.
Your fox is somewhere out there!

You get no sense of whether or not the bugle may be further lightened.

Usage

Verb First Third
EXHALE You draw the (coat color) bugle up to your lightly closed lips and begin to exhale against the bugle's mouthpiece. Tightening your lips, you let out a high pitched tone.

Your (fox) trots in and up to you.

(Owner) draws the (coat color) bugle up to her lightly closed lips and begins to exhale against the bugle's mouthpiece. A clear-sounding note emits from the (coat color) bugle.

A (fox) trots in and up to (Owner).

Fox

The fox is the pet that the bugle summons. The fox pets have a hard coded LOOK that takes into account the fox's coat color.

Appearance
Small in stature and delicately boned, the (fox) has keen eyes that are wide windows into his mischievous nature. Glistening slightly, his nose frequently twitches as he lifts his face to investigate and identify all scents, and when his mouth drops open, he displays the sharpened teeth that are a reminder that he is a predator. He has lustrous (coat color) fur that appears well-groomed and incredibly soft.

Analyze

You analyze your flame orange tod and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
