A grooved witchwood wand contains a number of charges of the spell Elemental Blast (409). It is activated using WAVE (verb), and successful activation is dependent on the waver's Magic Item Use.

Unused wands generated by the treasure system are called fresh and may be copied by the Duplicate spell.

Stops working for reps as of rank 43.
