Usage:
    WINK                            - Winks at nothing in particular
    WINK {self}                     - Squint as though something is in your eye
    WINK {target}                   - Winks at a target
    WINK SET [option]               - Shows or sets the WINK verb options available.

People targets:
CATHEDRAL WEDDING  - You wink at (target) with a suggestive glint in your eye.
WAVEDANCER WEDDING - You wink at (target), the two of you chuckling as you share an inside joke.
CHAPEL WEDDING     - Coyly biting your lower lip, you discreetly give (target) a playful wink.
ETERNAL WEDDING    - With a cluck of your tongue, you first summon (target)'s  attention.  Then, upon having it, wink and quirk a brow as you whistle suggestively and jerk your head as if indicating a route of escape.  Let's get out of here already!
STANDARD           - You wink at (target).
FOREST GNOME       - With your mouth agape, you execute a slow, exaggerated wink at (target) and then roll your eyes dramatically.

Self target:
STANDARD           - You try to wink at yourself, but end up looking like you have something in your eye.
FOREST GNOME       - You squeeze your eyes shut and shake your head in disbelief.

STANDARD           - You wink.
FOREST GNOME       - With your mouth agape, you execute a slow, exaggerated wink at (target) and then roll your eyes dramatically.
