Grot t'kel potion

Grot t'kel is a potion often sold by alchemist or magical supply shops, which is used for preparing orb gems for the use of the Charge Item (517) spell, and can be used upon orb gems or upon uncharged imbeddable items (thus "resetting" them to blank status) in order to prepare them for having a spell stored in them by use of the Magic Item Create (420) spell.
