Vespasius Severus Koryth Faendryl is a high ranking member of the Basilican foreign ministry. He holds the diplomatic standing to serve as an Ambassador of House Faendryl, and acts as a High Legate of the Faendryl Empire. His bloodline is of high noble ancestry. Vespasius is infamous within Faendryl society for his staunch imperialism and advocacy of restoring the territorial holdings of the Elven Empire to the rule of House Faendryl.

You see Ambassador Vespasius Koryth Faendryl the High Legate of the Faendryl Empire. He appears to be a Dark Elf. He is tall. He appears to be aging gracefully. He has dark-rimmed violet eyes and ashen skin. He has waist length, tied back steel grey hair with black streaks running through it. He has a narrow face, an aquiline nose and tall upswept pointed ears. The flared blades of his high cheekbones cast his finely drawn jaw in shadow. He is in good shape. He is holding a glass of vivid green absinthe in his right hand. He is wearing a billowing vespertine longcloak threaded with scarlet veniom, a milgrain silver pin surmounted by a guilloche enameled scarlet pentacle crest, a cutwork black vruul suede waistcoat, a notch-collared scarlet bourde shirt, a twisted urglaes signet ring embossed with a six-taloned claw, a flat-grained leather satchel latched with vathor ivory fittings, some tailored dark silk trousers, and some narrow eelskin-oiled black leather boots.
