The Balloon is a fluff script that applies to miscellaneous items. Balloons (or floating spheres) are lightly scripted toys. They are sometimes available at festivals and events, including at Delirium Manor.
Analyze
You analyze the floating sphere and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: You sense that the base cannot be altered, and the very core look of it will always remain the same. However, a talented merchant can work with a long or show for the sphere, as well as apply lettering to its cord. You can try to PULL, TAP, and RUB the sphere -- but beware!! -- when you tap it, you run the risk of popping it! You get no sense of whether or not the sphere may be further lightened.
