Summary
A time of personal choice or being able to make an important decision unhindered. A change in position often means a new residence or a totally new career. A final decision is made which is singularly crucial to you and will fall in your favor. It indicates a time to put ones house in order and settle outstanding debts.
Ill-dignified
Decisions go against you. Loss through a lawsuit, or legal matter, binds you to make amends, ie. fines or having to sell personal possessions to settle a claim. A lack of faith in religious or ethical sense: an unsettling time all round.
