The fans are constructed using huge palm fronds the size of prayer mats. Handles of bamboo have been attached to the stems of the palms. The handles are wrapped in what looks like eelskin. A tag attached to the fans indicates they were used to circulate the air during meetings of the [[Council of Mages]] some time around 4035 M.E. |

The fans lean against the wall in the West Exhibit Room of the River's Rest Museum.

The fans are constructed using huge palm fronds the size of prayer mats. Handles of bamboo have been attached to the stems of the palms. The handles are wrapped in what looks like eelskin.
