Thurfel's Island is an island located underneath the town of Icemule Trace and part of the Thurfel's Keep geographic area. There are currently three creatures residing in this location.

There is a node that creatures will not visit; therefore, a weary adventurer can rest without risk of being attacked. It is located in the northeastern portion of the island.
