FEATURE PAVILION

[Feywrot Mire, Dilapidated Yard]
All around, large banyan trees and black ash hover like parents over children. Lanterns lit with bright flames hang around the diliapidated fence, which is so ridden with rot, holes, and breaks in the wood that it can't rightly be called a proper enclosure. Some distance across from a half-built barn are a shack leaning far to the left, a small crumbling stone structure, and wooden shed. Dark muck and puddles of mud riddle the ground, and a fine mist of what can only be spores hangs in the air.

Didn't have coins to clean up proper.  Sorry.  We take donations, though, and might put it toward better facilities next year.
Get your hair done in the stone structure.  Eyes are in the shack.  Everything else is in the barn.  Except personalized services - those are in the shed.
                   Also, this land is supposed to be cursed.  Some of the buildings, too.  Enter at your own risk.

Northeast Room (entrance)

[Half-built Barn]	RNUM: 21519
Although nature has crept its way past the foundations, which are still somewhat intact, the construction of the barn was clearly never finished. Even in an unfinished state, however, it appears to have served some function, given the trio of double-stacked racks on the wall holding the warped and rotting remains of pieces of tackle. A handful of sacks overflowing with scrubbing brushes, sponges, and powder-filled jars hangs from the bottom rack. You also see a sign.

Southeast Room

Heaps of mud-caked, rotting timber planks are piled into one corner, where a row of candles burn with flickering flames. Two buckets lie on the ground, their contents displaying tarnished silver tools and a handful of dirt-smeared cloths. The far wall, many of its planks entirely missing, is strewn with spiderwebs caught in the brambles and growth that seeps in from the outside. In the far corner, a wooden ladder leads down into the dark.

Underground

A large cavern opens up in this area, though the limestone walls seem to have caved in in areas, blocking any passages that my have once existed here, save for one small opening. Splinters of buckets, pieces of shovels, shards of pickaxes, and scraps of other mining tools are splayed across the area, some on the floor and others forcefully stuck into the walls and ceiling as if some powerful force blew them to bits. Behind a wooden ladder is a gear-covered contraption and several torches set into the wall.

Cave-in

[Underground, Cave-in]
Cramped in size, the cavern niche is entirely walled with limestone rubble, clearly the result of a massive cave-in. Bits of mining tools poke out of the limestone, as if they were held by hands caught under the path of the earth when it fell. A wooden bowl with several tarnished silver tools, several of them rusted through, resides on the ground.

   16. Small, crow's feet wrinkles splay out around her eyes.
   17. Her pointed nose and chin contribute to her hatchet-faced appearance.
   18. She has several chipped teeth.      
   19. Her angular features are perfectly symmetrical, lending her an austere countenance.
   20. Her long, oval face is enhanced by her full, thick lips.
   21. The left side of her face is entirely covered in a scar that has left the skin ragged.
   22. There is a lean, gaunt set to her features.
   23. Her eyes are evenly spaced below her perfectly arced eyebrows.
   24. Her hooked nose, high cheekbones, and wrinkled chin give her features a craggy set.
   25. Laugh lines splay out from the corners of her eyes and mouth.
   26. Her eyelashes are gathered into small points.

The stench of decay in this area is potent, hanging heavy in the air. Moonlight shines brightly down from above and through areas of the barn that were never finished. Tarnished silver tools and a collection of off-white cloths that don't look entirely clean are piled into a trio of buckets located in the center of the area. Illuminated by a plethora of candles on the ground, dark green moss creeps over the wood, lending it some color.

A rickety wooden ladder leads up onto the beginning stages of a loft. Under its shadow, a small table holds an assortment of tarnished silver tools and white cloths. The pale stench of decay drifts in from somewhere nearby, mingling with the wet, moldy stink that rises from the black muck and sprouts of verdant growth covering the ground. Leaning against one wall is a small wood-framed mirror illuminated by several torches stuck in the ground.

Loft

Located on a handful of beams that are partially rotted through, the loft towers high over the unfinished barn, which glows with the light of candles and torches. Moonlight glints off of the tendrils of spiderwebs, though much of the light is absorbed by the draping green moss that hangs all around. From this vantage point, the loft has a sweeping view of the darkness surrounding the barn.
