Assumptions

1. Some of the results may be skewed as a result of defaulting to a body location when the targeted are is "critted out," a la rank 3 eye wound results in further attacks to that eye default to the chest instead of continuing to target the eye.
2. The CHANNEL, SING, and CAST verbs have the same mechanics.
3. The ATTACK verb has the same mechanics for attacking a creature of equal height.
4. Standard Flares from weapons have the same mechanic.
