Blinded

Blinded is a negative status condition. When under its effects, the afflicted party has a 10% chance to outright miss attacks and spells, a penalty of 25 when initiating or defending against SMR attacks, a 50% reduced chance to spot hiding attempts, 25% reduced evade, block, and parry chance, and cannot make SEARCH attempts.
