As the surrounding mists parted, the owner of Windfellow's Retreat has opened the doors for three years in a row to host the Premium Festival. Unusual activities have been observed within, including the presence of living stone gargoyles. At the conclusion of the 2021's festival, the bridge leading to Windfellow's Retreat was destroyed.

The festival is accessible from the northern part of Mist Harbor on the Isle of the Four Winds, near the lighthouse.

The longbow possesses the natural sighting of sephwir which inflicts heavy critical damage on opponents. This will permanently expand the capacity of your locker in one town of your choosing allowing space for 25 additional items.
