On Fire Cloak

You analyze your crimson silk cloak and sense that the creator has provided the following information:

This crimson silk cloak will react to fiery spells being cast at it and transform into a fiery cloak!
While in this state it has ambient messaging.
Verbs:  BOW, PULL, PUSH, SHAKE, WAVE, ATTEND, CLEAN, PINCH, NUDGE.  PROD or INVOKE to turn it off!

It is fully alterable, but the fabric form must remain actual fabric.  The fiery form is also alterable, and the on-fire description (long and show) can make reference to the cloak being on fire.

Any kind of cloak worn object is fine for alteration!

The flame color may also be customized.  There's more room than the traditional 15, so color descriptions needn't be one word
only, but let's keep it reasonable.  "Azure and silver" = Okay. "Gold-hearted scarlet" = Okay.
Brightly luminescent absinthe green-tinged aquamarine and cerulean = Too much.  Exercise common sense!

CURRENT SETTINGS:
Normal cloak:  an $enruned crimson silk cloak$ stitched with flames along its sleeves
Show of normal cloak:  Delicate golden thread forms a series of runes along the collar of the cloak.

On Fire cloak:  an incandescent flame-wreathed cloak with flickering embers along its sleeves
Show of On Fire cloak:  Tiny tongues of flame lick at the golden runes embroidered along the collar of the cloak.

Flame color:  crimson

You can tell that the cloak is as light as it can get and that its pockets could not possibly get any deeper.
