The Caeruil City School is a custom private property in Ta'Illistim, located between the Tower of Fate and Royal Arboretum on Sylvar Wey. The City School includes two galleries, two functional workshops, and an office. Renovations were completed through a design-build adjunct of Caeruil Atelier.

Courtyard

[Caeruil City School, Gallery]
Tall lancet windows valanced in silvery organza swag grace the front of the exhibition area on either side of some mistwood doors paneled with ornate floriation. Pristine white floors of decoratively misshapen tile give way to sapphire-padded chairs in rows before a lacquered mahogany lectern facing the entry. Artwork decorates the whitewashed side walls and nearby floorspace, each socle guarded by gilt stanchions with cobalt velvet ropes that match the draped partitions. At the far end, a white linen-draped buffet stands near the eastern archway leading toward a rotunda.

Rotunda

Artwork decorates the whitewashed walls, each guarded by gilt stanchions with cobalt velvet ropes, while several displays are strategically spaced around the rotunda. Low beechwood wainscoting meets recessed exits scattered around the area, each leading in a different direction. Sunlight casts a warm glow upon a three-tiered silvery marble fountain with cardinal-facing features that dominates the otherwise rounded room.

Studio

[Caeruil City School, Studio]
Rolls of painted backdrops hang from the ceiling, suspended by chains from sturdy oaken rods. Airy windows stand on either side of a wood-framed dark slate chalkboard, laid open to catch the breeze, while tilted tables on casters and neatly spaced wooden easels encircle a plush plum divan in the center. The wooden floor is splotched with a plethora of paint in every shade and hue, creating a mosaic of its own. Slat-doored shelves line the periphery and the studio's rear wall is plastered with drawings between a marquetry faewood door and a gated passageway terminating in a spiral staircase.

Workshop

[Caeruil City School, Workshop]
Wide glass panels lead to an open-air workspace, where racks of tools and piles of materials are stowed neatly under the terracotta portico. Pottery wheels and a brown brick kiln on a squat firebox are positioned on the northern side of the yard, and tidy trundle-style workstations for sculpting and other large craft take up the central area. Arborvitae peek above the alabaster privacy walls, where low terracing in ruddy slate features a quaint garden, set with faded leather curule chairs along the southern side.

Study

[Caeruil City School, Study]
Contrasting pale marble floors, six blue-grey pillars support the crescent-shaped room's domed ceiling off the rotunda. The center of the study contains a large granadillo desk and a plush plum divan set upon a round crimson rug just beyond. Wheeled haon ladders set on either side of a bronze peacock-faced fireplace afford access to the room's tiered art displays and bookshelves. Smooth white marble ledges afford a view of the gently gurgling fountain in the gallery below, following the crescented wall toward a rounded wrought-iron door in the corner.
