Constitution crystal

Constitution crystals can be made by empaths via the Trinkets subskill of Alchemy.

The crystals can be rubbed to increase the user's Constitution bonus.

Some sort of orb

1. Add crystalline solution
2. Add 2 doses of bear hide from black bears
3. Add large troll tooth
4. Infuse mana
5. Add 2 doses of blue sapphire
6. Boil
7. Seal

Greater constitution crystal

Some sort of orb

1. Add crystalline solution
2. Add 3 doses of ground strigae cactus
3. Add powdered blue diamond
4. Add essence of body
5. Simmer
6. Add n'ayanad crystal
7. Add 3 doses of fine alabaster dust
8. Refract moonlight through a diamond lens
9. Seal
