Finvale's Crystals
Finvale's Crystals were created by the merchant Finvale when he made his first appearance at the Artisian's Faire. He custom-created crystals that held a version of the Elanthian tarot in them. To activate the crystal you GAZED into it and an image would be seen within that could be shared with others by SHOWing them the crystal.

- Summary
- The Fool represents the soul's quest for wisdom and perfection. Fools and children are inclined to speak the truth, unblemished by sin. If the card is Dignified it means ~ Trust your own judgement and go ahead, but with making plans rather then a definite commitment. It is a good influence card when concerned with money or finances. If this is clearly understood, a new cycle is indicated which provides read growth in spiritual and intellectual senses.

- You are stepping into a vacuum of apathy, extravagant gestures and sheer folly of vanity. A form of fanaticism will exist which blinds you to the truth or sane advice. All human eccentricities surface creating chaos and confusion. One false step, in other words, and you might well overturn your very existence.
Charl Image ~ The Tower

- A massive, beautiful tower stands at the edge of a coast, and the clouds take the shape of a heavily-muscled man with a beard of seaweed. He slams lightning bolts and winds into the once-magnificent tower, causing it to burn and topple over.

- Always a sign of pending disaster, other cards will mitigate the scale of the disaster, but it would be prudent to listen to good advice at this time. Minor disasters may be linked to electrical goods suddenly breaking down due to bad maintenance. You may also expect some violent opposition from others at this time.

- A sudden unexpected calamity will occur. It could be redundancy at work, financial ruin or a personal setback regarding ambitions; or disputes at work and in your domestic life, which suddenly escalate and cause a division.
The tower is a purging force, but not necessarily a destructive force. You must move forward to reconstruct your life.

- A stage stretches out before you, an exuberant youth in a patched cloak making an audience of every race laugh in unison. He appears to be truly in synch with the nature of every smiling member of the audience. A green wreath arcs over the stage.

- This card shows a new environment. You may be contemplating emigration to another country. Travel and the expansion of one's horizons become a reality and not a dream. Frustrating restrictions are removed. You recognize your own strength of purpose, which is the directive of this card.

- You are still hesitant and inclined to change your mind. The whole situation will stagnate if you do not act quickly. An opportunity has occurred which must be seized or you may live to regret it.
The world is a catalyst to expansion, but within the defined limits you set. These limits are, however, much wider and more compensating then you realize.

- The card deals with situations that have a tendency to reoccur. It is the residue of the past that lays on you and casts a shadow on your present. Swift action is often necessary when dealing with this card. You must be in full control of the situation so that you do not repeat past errors.
- It shows a type of victory, not without some soul searching. Health and vitality will also improve once you identify the root of your problems. Family matters are important.
- And progress can be made to settle any disputes or long-standing divisions at this time. Compromise is the key to regaining initiative.

- Violent recriminations will follow any of your actions. You may become involved in litigation proceedings and lose the case. Quarrels and disputes occur over trivial matters and no headway is made on more important matters. There is a tendency to dwell on the past that can become an issue.

- It may appear at times that you are being manipulated in some strange way. The positive response is to rely on intuitive and meditative thought to determine the right course of action. The surrounding cards hold the answers as to why this is happening and also can show who is responsible.

- This card indicates a transformation of a situation that can herald new beginnings. Past events have finally been brought under control and you can make the changes necessary to live or to evolve rather than remain cocooned in the past.

- You are lacking real purpose and seek an easy way out of your current situation. Not facing up to a situation will create a destructive cycle for yourself and others. Loss of life or property cannot be ruled out if other cards drawn are deeply negative.
This card is an important point of self-realization; it raises the question of whether to hang on to something not worth having. The symbol of the rising sun is associated with this card as a reminder that something is both finished and about to being all over again.

- This card signifies success and initiative. It is an association with pleasure and the pursuit of arts which can appear excessive and sensual. But in its highest form art is a spiritual experience that enriches the soul. It reveals the appreciation of said arts and an understanding of their practical value. Motherhood maybe the most important role of this card but it can also represent the fruit of the labors of both man and woman.

- It can mean doubt of one’s own worth, also idleness or ignorance. You are experiencing some difficulties in expressing the finer qualities or skills necessary to adjust to life. But it is not an evil or difficult card generally speaking. Other cards influence is negative aspects in this manner.
Ivas Image ~ The Devil

- Not a good card to draw at any time, at best it shows that you are aware of a negative situation and are endeavoring to shake off the chains which bind you. It may be that an illicit love-affair has been exposed and you are seeking to rectify the matter. Temptation is being resisted, but a difficult situation exists.

- Violence or death may occur. Death is not the evil outcome; but the result of a force which can no longer be contained. A weakness or a negative attitude exits which blinds you from your own faults and also to the actions of others.
The Devil Card has a sinister aspect, but it is a card which exposes the negative or misplaced energies and loyalties of yourself.

- Summary
- It shows an acceptance of self-worth. A point of self-realization has been reached. Divine inspiration is forthcoming, which strengthens resolve. Wisdom of the soul becomes an individual asset, and provides a vital clue to a greater wisdom of vision. You may have already experienced the "Loneliness" of The Hermit and be ready to teach others.

- The cautious side of nature becomes miserly and austere. You are denying an important principal and lack true faith. You are closing your mind and heart for the wrong reasons. True abstinence is a virtue, but it can become a means of denying love to self, family and friends.
The Hermit represents a part of the soul that is most difficult to come to terms with. It represents the imperfections, which need to be brought out into the open and dispersed once and for all.

The power of leadership is shown, which enables you to take charge of a situation. It is a very positive card overall and will detract from some of the difficult forces of the surrounding cards.

- The abuse of power is self-evident. Disgrace occurs, both personally and in the public sector. Seeds of discord are sown - weakness or cowardice prevail.
Strength is the Sword Arm of Justice, if it is used wisely and mercifully. It also reveals a time when consolidating action is required, not just the pretense of action.

- The Emperor deals with order and stability. The realization of responsibility, either personal or administrative. He relates to your father in a personal sense but also to an authoritative power which can govern forces in society. It provides aid, strengthening of convictions. This card represents a benefactor. It reveals a need to show compassion even in victory. Your course of action is deemed correct. A strength of character has been established and the way ahead is more encouraging now that you have learned to obey the rules of the game. If you have been experiencing a lack of self-confidence this is a good card for you.

- There exist an immaturity within you. Too much energy is wasted on strife and arguments. The impulsive nature is not checked; hasty and nasty words are being exchanged which are exhausting to the mind and body. - This card brings together the best aspects of a partnership between man and woman.
- It can also inspire love in both sexes, but not homosexual love, because lovers are symbolic of the dual or polarity of energies. It can inspire brotherly or sisterly love which transcends the sexes.
- If you are single and attracted to a new partner, this card promises a deeper understanding of that relationship. If married it shows that any problem in a marriage can be resolved. This card is of great rapport and understanding. Lovers' tiffs, etc. may occur but can easily be a cast of mistiming.

- A great wheel suspended above the clouds spins slowly, its form engraved with numerous sigils. A woman with pale alabaster skin and a ring of keys dangling about her belt oversees it as it continually spins in a never-ending cycle.

- It shows good fortune and your destiny looks very promising. Success or accomplishment is on an upward turn of the wheel. You may suddenly be given the opportunity to excel, but it is the result of your own deeds, past and present. The time is ripe for making changes in your life, an important factor, which needs to be fully understood.

- There is an increase in the weaker aspects of character. The downward spiral creates uncertainty and blind optimism. How negative this fall is depends on what other cards influence it.

A final decision is made which is singularly crucial to you and will fall in your favor. It indicates a time to put ones house in order and settle outstanding debts.
