Clarity of Thought provides the caster with additional clarity for a brief period of time and imparts a +30 Mental Casting Strength (CS) bonus for the spell's target to their next spell. If an attack is not made within 120 seconds, the spell will expire.

Lore Benefits

Training in Mental Lore, Telepathy allows for a chance for the spell to remain active for an additional attack. The chance to activate increases 3% per seed 5 summation of ranks. This benefit remains active for subsequent attacks, but for each subsequent attack the chance is reduced by half of the chance for the attack immediately prior.
