| Latticed branches of ebony are crafted to form a natural canopy across the cobblestone-paved road, providing shade for a scattering of wrought faenor benches set along the perimeter. Interspersed between the seats are diminutive planters of vert-colored clay, the vessels resting upon circular tables covered in embroidered linen. A tall row of faenor lamp posts stand guard across the opposite side of the walkway, their spherical nielira-etched lanterns loosely entangled in heartleaf. You also see a silk-canopied ebony cart framed with wicker baskets with some stuff on it and a raven-haired young elven merchant. | |

a raven-haired young elven merchant The young elven merchant is draped in a bow-cinched rose tartan apron, her fitted jade maedatha dress flared slightly at the knee. Ioyniel adjusts each of her long-fitted sleeves as she gazes for potential customers, partially exposing a faint sparrow silhouette inked along her forearm. > ask merchant about deathwhisperer Ioyniel repeats, "Twilight Deathwhisperer? What a quaint name." She takes a surreptious glance across the area before answering, "Some of the privateers have mentioned a notorious pirate stealing from the merchant vessels. I haven't a clue what he looks like though... but I can certainly ask around." > ask merchant about pirates "Love, the privateers ensure that Nielira Harbor is as safe as can be." Ioyniel waves her hand airly as she continues. "Although... there was one particular band of marauders that attempted several times to breech the piers, but I believe they've turned their sights on another port. Something about a relic or some such?" > ask merchant about gasen and ardtin Ioyniel raises an open hand as she places it across her heart. In a low voice, she responds, "I've heard rumors that the pair were thrown into the sea rather than transported across the Dragonspine. I suppose whoever was responsible considered them expendable."
