The Spirit regeneration rate is a value assigned to a race that represents how many spirit points a character gains per so many minutes. The spirit regeneration rate is doubled on a node for all races.
There are three more spirit regen "levels" beyond the top tier races (halflings, dwarves, and forest gnomes). But the only way to reach those are through the use of enhancive items, such as spirit regeneration crystals made through Alchemy.
