Clear glass wand

A clear glass wand contains a number of charges of the spell Mind Jolt. One activates the wand using WAVE (verb), and successful activation is dependent on the waver's Magic Item Use.

Unused wands generated by the treasure system are called fresh and may be copied by the Duplicate spell.

A clear glass wand is crumbly.

2. Add 2 doses of troll scalp from thunder trolls
3. Add powdered blue tourmaline
4. Boil
5. Add 4 doses of genkew mushroom
6. Simmer
7. Add quartz sand
