Gnome auction set

The gnome auction set was sold at the Ebon Gate 2009 auction.

It is a 7-piece set consisting of:

a pair of side-vented round steel goggles

an overly long cream and black striped silk scarf

a high-collared peacock green silk coat tailed in pebbled black leather or a sweeping black-on-black brocade waistcoat double-buttoned with wire-wrapped cogs

a pair of crossed steel-studded leather belts

some red leather trews wrapped at the knees with tattered black silk

a set of loosely folded-over black leather boots affixed with repurposed steel buckles

a diagonally steel-buckled leather doublet plated with dozens of mithril gears

Goggles

a pair of side-vented round steel goggles

VERB	FIRST	THIRD
Turn	You turn the round frames around your lenses, creating an audible clicking sound. The lenses darken slightly.	SomeGnome turns the round frames around his lenses, creating an audible clicking sound.
Flip	You flip a tiny lever on your round steel goggles. The lenses within shift, causing everything to suddenly appear magnified.	SomeGnome flips a tiny lever on his round steel goggles.

Remove	You grasp the edges of your round steel goggles and pull them away from your face. You then lift them above your head, which causes the strap to loosen up as well.	SomeGnome grasps the edges of his round steel goggles and pulls them away from his face. He then lifts them off above his head.
Poke	You push a tiny button on your round steel goggles. With a small click, the outer frames and lenses snap up, allowing you to look through the now open spaces. Raise	You push your round steel goggles up onto your forehead for a moment and view the surroundings in a less superior way. After a moment, you lower them back down. Scarf

an overly long cream and black striped silk scarf

Push	You unwind your silk scarf and leave it dangling loosely around your neck.	SomeGnome unwinds his silk scarf and leaves it dangling loosely around his neck.
Pull	You pull your silk scarf so it fits more snugly around your neck.	SomeGnome pulls his silk scarf more snugly around his neck.
Wear	You coil your silk scarf methodically around your neck.	SomeGnome coils his silk scarf methodically around his neck.
Remove	You uncoil your silk scarf from around your neck.	SomeGnome uncoils his silk scarf from around his neck.
Clean	You grasp your silk scarf and vigorously shake it to knock off various and unwanted collected dirt from its ends.	SomeGnome grasps his silk scarf and vigorously shakes it for a moment.
Rub	You grab your silk scarf and absentmindedly run your hand along its dangling ends.	SomeGnome grabs his silk scarf and absentmindedly runs his hand along its dangling ends.
Raise	You pull your silk scarf up to cover your mouth and nose. Now no one will recognize you!	SomeGnome pulls his silk scarf up to cover his mouth and nose.
Flip	In dramatic fashion, you grab the end of your silk scarf and give it a good flick to send it flying over your shoulder.	In dramatic fashion, SomeGnome grabs the end of his silk scarf and gives it a good flick to send it flying over his shoulder.

Coat

Wear	You slip each of your arms through your green silk coat and fasten the cogs through loops of wire.	SomeGnome slips each of his arms through his green silk coat and fastens the cogs through loops of wire.
