Functional item

Functional items occupy a limited spot in a character's inventory. Everything a character is currently wearing and the functional status of the items can be seen sorted by location using INVENTORY LOCATION.

Alongside/At Feet is not included in this list, because it doesnt appear in INVENTORY LOCATION.
