Constitution crystal

Constitution crystals can be made by empaths via the Trinkets subskill of Alchemy.

The crystals can be rubbed to increase the user's Constitution bonus. Each completed formula will yield three uses.

The use of the constitution crystals is restricted by both level and by time since last use.

Lesser constitution crystal

A lesser constitution crystal provides a bonus of 5 to Constitution. This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 30 times.

3. Add powdered blue diamond
4. Add essence of body
5. Simmer
6. Add n'ayanad crystal
7. Add 3 doses of fine alabaster dust
8. Refract moonlight through a diamond lens
