You see Crafter Cisilie the Catalyst of Chaos.
She appears to be a Half-Elf.
She is average height.  She appears to be in the bloom of youth.  She has bronze-haloed warm hazel eyes and golden tan skin.  She has long, unruly dirty blonde hair that is pulled into a messy bun threaded with teal silk ribbons and pierced with a black paintbrush with missing bristles.  She has a wide face, a small nose and thick eyebrows.  Near her right temple, a streak of white paint looks like it has been only partially scrubbed off.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a yellow-edged firewheel flower, an oversized cream silk button-up shirt with rolled up sleeves, a large tan canvas satchel with many exterior pockets slung over her shoulder, a knee-length layered taffeta skirt in shades of seafoam and sand, and a pair of plain black silk slippers just begining to show wear.
