Usage

Extinguish (lit) item:

>extinguish lantern
You snuff the silver lantern, causing the flame to go out.

Person snuffs the silver lantern, causing the flame to go out.

Extinguish (unlit) item:

>extinguish lantern
Your silver lantern isn't lit.
