New Aelotoi Culture - the Cyrtae'ni
After twenty years in Elanthia, many aelotoi, especially those born or raised here, find themselves coming together in different ways. They call themselves the Cyrtae'ni.
All aelotoi will be given a one-time culture reset option in case they wish to embrace their inner Cyrtae'ni.

As discussed in the Cyrtae'ni document, a yll'suta is an object hanging in a bedroom meant to bring good dreams.
At DFF 2023 in the shop Perchance to Dream, you can purchase your very own yll'suta!
Highlights:
- PLACE it on the ground, and it will stay for up to 4 hours until PLACEd again by the owner
- PLACE it in your own private property, and it will stay until you PLACE it again
- TURN it after PLACEing it in your own private property, and it will become permanent. You won't be able to PLACE it any more, but now it is like a normal prop in the room.
- Currently, 1 tier, 4 fluff verbs, and several ambients

In droves and swarms, dragonflies, darters, and damselflies return to the meadows, forests, and fields that surround Cysaegir to bask in the warm summer sun. Merchants follow the fickle friends and return once more to the verdant city in celebration of all things Aelotoi and Dragonfly.
Starting on the Day of the Huntress at 9pm, shops and merchants will open in the ambling streets of Cysaegir to sell their wares. There will be several raffles, some specifically centered on Aelotoi and for them, throughout the weekend. Those raffles include: 3 Aelotoi Specific Signature Verbs, two fully unlocked WingSong Collection Ensembles, a Fully Customized Veola, an Enhancive Wing Jewelry, and a few other surprises.

The Festival Starts at 9pm on Friday, July 21st, 2023.
~*~ Yll'sutas: A Dragonfly Festival 2023 Item ~*~
Created for the 2023 Dragonfly Festival, a yll'suta is an aelotoi-created hanging item meant to assist with good dreams.
Custom Object Usage: PUSH MY YLL'SUTA while holding an eligible object (currently gems) will add the held object to the yll'suta. It will be an adornment showing in the LOOK near the medallion. PULL removes the object.
Placement Usage: PLACE to set it down for up to 4 hours. Only the person PLACEing can pick it back up during that time. If you forget, after four hours, it will be able to be picked up by anyone, including the janitor. If the janitor gets it, you can check in at the Adventurer's Guild for LOST items. Pick it up by repeating PLACE <item>.
Private Property Usage: If you own a private property, you can PLACE the yll'suta, and it will not be swept up by the janitor. It will stay there until you pick it up with PLACE <item>.
PERMANENT PP Usage: After PLACEing a yll'suta in your private property, you can TURN it and make it a permanent prop in the room. If you do this, it cannot be undone. You can no longer PLACE it or GET it.
Verb Traps: fidget, hug, tickle, twist (POKE will toggle ambients on/off)
Alteration Instructions:
- Alterations are open to any merchant wishing to do so
- The base and long can be altered freely but must not contradict with the settings
- Cord, wings, medallion, and stand settings can be altered
- A SHOW may be added, but item must have a base/long. SHOW can reference the custom settings.
- The special ambient will be done separately from other data points.
Current Settings:
- Cord: braided ataela cording (noun must be something cord-like)
- Wings: rose-grey sea silk (noun is always wings)
- Medallion: copper-caught zelflyr sphere (noun must be something medallion-like)
- Stand: rosewood (noun is always stand)
- Special Ambient: A twilight blue ataela yll'sulta adorned with zelflyr beads rustles gently. (This is a full sentence and will be an ambient when PLACEd)
