The husband of the late Alarranne, Tshomlin arrived in Solhaven alongside his daughter, Akinir Scallabrini. Tshomlin was hired to paint a mural in honor of Lady Kasendra Malwind in the Solindago Anox Zoo. She and her father are staying with Lady Danalla Ba'Thira as she has offered housing in her home in Vornavis.

He appears to be a Human from Talador.
He is average.  He appears to be very young.  He has silver-flecked coal grey eyes and fair skin.  He has shaggy, silky brown hair with lighter streaks.  He has a round face, a flaring nose and a long beard.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a threadbare grey woolen stocking cap, a heavy dark green cloak, a patchwork faded brown pack, a quilted dingy blue vest over a thick linen shirt, a small cobalt blue belt pouch, a pair of loose twill trousers, and some dark blue square-toed shoes.
Reciting the mystical phrases of his elemental spell, a rime of frost suddenly encircles Methais's blue eyes and infuses the whites of his ocular cavity with icy blue energy that dissipates as he releases his spell.

Additional Information

• Fashanos 4, 5124 - Tshomlin and Akinira arrive after they were both attacked in the Cairnfang Forest by bandits. The bandits, oddly, pursued them to the gates of Vornavis before departing. Quiet, a bit shy, and timid, Akinir pointedly listens to her father, at times seeming a worried with what he says and concerned that she isn't following his directions.
