Maldaye

I was not sure whether to (a) include this in shop article, (b) make Maldaye an NPC article, or (c) not include info about Maldaye at all. So here is the info, in case anyone wants to determine what to do with it:

You see Maldaye Uliael Illistim of The Plume and Glove.
She appears to be an Elf.
She is tall and appears to be young.  She has almond-shaped grey eyes and fair, unlined skin.  She has long, ringleted blonde hair worn festooned with green ribbons.  She has a delicate face and a sloping, thin nose.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a golden locket on an elongated chain, a corseted celadon silk gown with bustled skirts, a pair of ivory leather gloves and some pointy-toed slippers.
