The faint scent of vanilla-suffused tobacco permeates the mahogany-planked walls of the shop, the aroma lingering by the colorful glass jars neatly arranged along the garland-draped shelves. A duo of poinsettia-carved armoires are nestled on either side of a stone-built hearth, the open doors decorated in sketched images of snow-covered cities and mountains. A plush toy puppy lies in a small wicker basket beside the hearth, tucked in a rust and ivory flannel blanket.
