Sendarel Akruthos was a frequent author of news articles during the Griffin Sword Saga. Many of Sendarel's articles were published in the Elanthian Journal, an in-game news publication, as well as on the Play.net website. In spite of often writing on the ongoing storyline events, Sendarel never made an appearance during it, instead content to merely write about it from Nydds. It is not clear if Syndarel was formally a member of or affiliated with the Hall of Mages, although the location and title suggests this may have been true. Sendarel's news articles specific to that storyline are compiled alongside others.
