Felisaithne Felidae is one of the organizers of the PAWS symposium for pet enthusiasts.

Appearance

You see Madam Felisaithne Felidae the PAWS Cat Catcher.
Due to the feline mask she wears, it is difficult to determine her race...or even whether she is living or dead.
She is diminutive.  Her features are hidden beneath a whiskered feline mask overlaid in faenor filigree, though her hazel eyes shine through.  She has waist-length, ringleted black hair drawn back into a simple ponytail that is held in place by an elun'vaen band.  Little else about her appearance is easy to distinguish.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a diminutive black cat in her right hand.
She is wearing a rag-stitched charcoal grey felt mouse toy, an ebonwood pawprint talisman, an auroralaen cloak, a cotton shirt festooned with polychromatic gemstone pawprints, a black silk skirt trimmed by celaeun pawprints, and a pair of leather sandals.
