REGISTER is an inventory system verb that allows uses to register items they wish to keep a record off, including the item's current properties.

    REGISTER {item}      - Record the details of an item in your registration record
    REGISTER INFO {item} - Get information on the most recent registration of an item

REGISTER {item} can be used anywhere, so long as the item being targeted is in hand.

INFO

REGISTER INFO {item} is used to obtain the most recent registration of an item. This can be done anywhere, however, an NPC found at the Registrar's Office in Wehnimer's Landing offers additional roleplay interaction.
