Messaging Teacup

Messaging Teacups are scripted teacups that can convey a secret message to the person who finishes drinking the beverage. They were first sold in the Iyo Glade in 2022.
Analyze
~ Messaging Teacups ~
When you drink the last drop of liquid from the red glass teacup, it will reveal a WHISPERed message to the holder.
To add or change the message, use the following syntax: WHISPER teacup message text goes here
Keep it simple and keep it clean! Messages should be under 50 characters. TICKLE the teacup to clear the current messaging.
You may alter the teacup with a long or show description, but it should remain a teacup.
