A Toy Slime Stick is a lightly scripted toy prop that resembles a wand of some type that has sludge inside. It is sometimes available at festivals and events, including at Delirium Manor.

This item may be altered by a talented merchant.  It must remain wand-like in shape, it must remain metal or some shiny material, and the sludge in it cannot be removed.
