Additional information

  • Use WAVE BRUSH AT COMPANION or WAVE COMB AT COMPANION while holding the grooming tool.
  • The companion must belong either to the user or to a ranger who has befriended the user.
  • The companion must be sitting or lying down and cannot be flying.
  • The item remembers the type of companion most recently groomed. This determines the material removed with PINCH.
  • PINCH cleans the tool and clears the stored companion type. Using it again produces: “But your grooming brush is clean already!”
  • A feline companion with higher affinity may begin to purr. The chance is higher when groomed by its owner than by a befriended character.
  • The noun must remain brush or comb.
  • The item may be dyed.
