Subject: Wehnimer's Festival of Frost (Prime/Plat)
On North Ring Road, outside of the pavilion, a candle-lit path has appeared, leading to the grounds of the Festival of Frost, compliments of the halfling merchant Tolby!
The grounds are temporary and will only last until the end of the year. There will be no merchant services offered, unless I feel frisky some night, it's mostly just for entertainment. There is an ice skating arena, with ice skates sold outside of it on a stand. There's a shop with some warm clothing for sale, and a tent with some warm treats to enjoy. There's also a snowy field to enjoy some snowball fights, or a roaring bonfire nearby to warm yourself up.
Below you will find the specific commands to use while in the ice skating arena, as there's some when grouped, or some just by yourself.
Enjoy the first annual Festival of Frost!
Ice Skating Instructions:
Make sure you're wearing a pair of the ice skates. I may visit from time to time to alter them for people.
