Court announcer

Court announcers are npcs that announce people at court as well as rules of court, notably in Ta'Illistim and Solhaven.

Player characters can GIVE a Calling card to the NPC to be announced at court.

Usage

>give card to herald
A cape-clad tall elven herald holds out a silver tray, and you place your calling card on top of it.
