Delphinese is an Ardenai Elf Scholar who visited Ta'Illistim to tell a story about the Veythorne Manor.
Appearance

She appears to be an Ardenai Elf.
She is average height and appears to be very young. She has almond-shaped blue-grey eyes and golden brown skin. She has chin length, deep red hair drawn back from her face by twin braids beaded with adventurine. She has a dainty face, an aquiline nose and slightly downswept pointed ears.
She is in good shape.
