(There's supposed to be a TAP message for clerics too, but it's not functioning; has been bugged. Will add its message when resolved.)

Analyze

You analyze your offering plate and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:
You sense that the plate can be altered so long as it makes sense for what its essential purpose is (a plate used for asking for donations/begging).

When trying to POKE or TAP the plate, it makes the most sense for clerics. If you would prefer it make sense for anyone, you can ask a merchant about doing just that.

You can try to TAP, POKE, WAVE, PUSH, SHOW (target), TOUCH, and RUB the plate.

You get no sense of whether or not the plate may be further lightened.
Verb Style First Third
POKE You poke your offering plate, bringing attention to the fact that even clerics need sustenance. You see XXX poke a solid gold offering plate, indicating that she might want you to make a donation.
PUSH You push the plate around, looking for collections. XXX pushes the offering plate around, trying to take up a collection.
PUSH Cleric You poke your offering plate, bringing attention to the fact that even clerics need sustenance. You see XXX poke a solid gold offering plate, indicating that she might want you to make a donation.
RUB You rub the offering plate to a shine, knowing you will make more money with it polished. You see XXX polish up her offering plate, getting it ready for later use.
TAP You tap a solid gold offering plate in hopes of bringing attention to the fact that your order could use help in collecting funds. You see XXX tap a solid gold offering plate, obviously hoping that you feel charitable enough to make a small donation to her cause.
TOUCH You touch the offering plate, trying to collect some coins. XXX touches the offering plate, begging for a few coins.
WAVE You wave a solid gold offering plate around to indicate that it is time to take up a collection. You see XXXX it wave a solid gold offering plate around to indicate that it is time to give, and give 'til it hurts.
