The sinewy limbs and overall lanky figure of the sylvan beachgoer are ghostly pale save the tops of his shoulders and back of his neck which are burnt to a crisp from the sun. His visage is sickly, as if an illness were gradually overtaking him as evidenced by beads of sweat and an occasional, raspy cough.
