a soft-barbed pearly green vine

Description:   With numerous small, soft barbs along its length, the vine is a glossy pearly green hue and typically grows along the ground, engulfing fallen trees and other vegetation that are unable to escape its grasp. It is capable of swift movement, snapping out toward unsuspecting passersby. It prefers to grow in swamps and along rivers.

Lore:   The pearly green vine is a plant unique to Naidem and the world of Elanthia.

Appearances:   Pearly green vines can be seen growing in abundance in sections of Bittermere Woods and along the edges of the small clearings within Naidem's eastern forest.
