Sold in the High End Scrip Shop at Duskruin, a leather spellbook will create or add a Spell Rank Boost of +5 Spell Ranks to the spell circle of your choosing.
If you are creating a new Spell Rank Boost item, you may choose its worn location.
You may also add +5 Spell Ranks to an existing Spell Rank Boost item, up to a total of +50 Spell Ranks.
