Elseroum asks, "Why don't I teach you how to make lesser exorcism oil, hmm?" He takes you aside and instructs you on the proper method of making lesser exorcism oil.
The recipe given is as follows: add blessed oil, add mashed fennel bulb, add powdered large yellow diamond, infuse mana, add glowing violet essence dust and simmer.
