:I'm shifting toward treating it as an I.C.E. category. I think originally I didn't tag it that way because the badlands do exist there in the game, but almost everything that happened there is archaic and cannot be visited. The only exception might be because Aephir loaded the Vvrael story with I.C.E. stuff. I'll keep the past tense thing in mind.
