Recently on a capped character that NEVER falls on the Icemule Trail... I did a fixskills... I did not reduce the Survival ranks at all (which is what you normally thinks governs your success on ice, along with your level) so still have 101 ranks survival... but after redoing the skills... now the character falls on the ice with RT! The main thing I can see that may have affected the ice movement outcome, would have to be Physical Fitness because I lowered that considerably, from 172 ranks down to 101 ranks.
