Fixskills

Quick thoughts
Don't have time to do a real update to this but want to put down thoughts from tonight's reflection/testing before I forget.
- Based on the BOOST phrasing, I don't think the Gift gives instant migration. Asking for clarification the officials.
- Migration pulses appear to be once every 30 seconds.
- Migration pays no heed to your converted points. If you're a pure who paid 64 PTP for a 3x spell train, it will "cost" 32 migration points to get back (since the skill actually costs 32 MTP).
