Terror flare

Terror Flares are a type of specialty flare which provides immobalized status (-50 DS), puts the receipant in stance offensive, adds RT, and is a 100% penalty to the base skill EBP of the target and cause the target to drop their weapons. Terror Flares have been offered at Ebon's Gate and as of EG 2022, are able to be added to weapons, armor, and shields.

Terror Flares add -100 to item difficulty.
