IC or OOC dates?

Initial Interactions (2017)

Two elven delegates (player characters) went to a Vornavis Court Session as Ambassadors of the Mirror and Qalinor. During the session, one of the delegates gave Baron Malwind a very old and precious item that represented diplomacy and charity and made a case for improved relations between east and west. An Icemule character (also a player character) then had their turn to petition on behalf of ICICLE (this pre-dated Icemule's Mayoral Office) and insulted the delegate that offered the gift, by making snide comments about not bringing fancy gifts, etc. The delegate, and their fellow elves, were very insulted by this. The delegate relayed this information in their letter back home to the Mirror, who duly told Qalinor, who then basically responded very harshly to the ICICLE representative when they approached Vaalor as an envoy. Qalinor essentially sent them packing.

Icemule Trace Mayor Tawariell and the Meeting with High Lord Chamberlain Retassal of Ta'Vaalor (July 2018)

Formal Announcement of Agreement (July 2018)

A crier in crimson livery belts out nearby,

"Hear ye, hear ye.

Let it be formally known that a military accord has been reached between the city-state of Icemule Trace and the elven House of Vaalor allowing for the free movement of Vaalorian troops through Icemulian territory and airspace from this day forth!"

Reading from a scroll, he continues with the particulars,

"In a meeting between Icemule Trace's Mayor Tawariell and High Lord Chamberlain Retassal, a military accord was agreed to in principal allowing movement of Vaalorian troops through any territory, or airspace, controlled by Icemule Trace. This agreement was struck as a show of contrition and recompense for several slights against Vaalorian delegates by representatives of the western city-state. High Lord Chamberlain shook the Mayor's hand and thanked her for the positive move in relations between the two entities."

Additional Official Interactions

NEED DATE: Icemule Trace Town Councilor (at the time) Arianiss requests King Qalinor to supply laser crystals to aid in air defense against the Ravager. This was refused as they are Ta'Illistim tech and unable to be handed out by anyone but the Argent Mirror.

NEED DATE: Icemule Trace Town Councilor (at the time) Arianiss requests Aureliano, High Legionnaire of the First Reserve Troupe of the Fortress of Ta'Vaalor, to assist Icemule in defense of Zeban. Aureliano arrived with a Troupe under permission of performing, at his discretion, various training exercises in the area.

Areas of Misinformation

A Ta'Vaalor Airship is Docked in Icemule

Here is a clip from January of 2017, which predates the agreement...

[Icemule Trace, West Road] On the north side of the cobblestone road everything seems quiet, almost too quiet. To the south, you can hear the rowdy shouts of people in the taverns and the gaming hall. You also see a towering airship hangar.

I believe this hangar was for the Firebird until it was moved outside of town. The hangar is currently not present.
